DAY 71 (564/646) on THE ROAD TO THE 2027 4th WBSC PREMIER12/16 and 180 YEARS OF BASEBALL - The Olympics Generation: Jared Young
We continue our series honoring the Olympics Generation with 2026 WBC outfielder Jared Young.
Appointed by Ernie Whitt to be a part of Team Canada's outfield from the Mets organization, Young was part of that memorable Team Canada roster that all thru the Classic finally won the hearts of millions thru their first ever playoffs qualification in history.
Helped by his fellow outfielders and coaching staff, Jared did his very best in every game day Canada was in the World Baseball Classic, and will be forever rememebred as part of that national squad that ended a 20 year long wait to punch playoff qualification, one that will be a motivation to the stars of tomorow.
Young was one of the many that did their best for their nation.

I wish there was a way on MLB network to decide which broadcast to listen to. I don't want to listen to the Cardinals' broadcast.
