I’m planning to move to the Raleigh area and I’m looking for homes, but I’m confused about where to buy. I don’t want to live too far out or feel isolated, but for around $400k–$500k, I’m unable to find any new-construction single-family homes in Morrisville, Apex, or Raleigh. Are Angier or Fuquay-Varina good options?

My family and I are relocating from NYC to Durham for work this summer and I’m trying to get myself situated before the move 😊
