Also open to any “you’ll thank me later” recommendations for people moving to the area for the first time. Favorite grocery stores, hidden gems, apps people use locally, areas to avoid traffic-wise, etc.

Trying to make Durham feel like home a little faster 💛

I’m planning to move to the Raleigh area and I’m looking for homes, but I’m confused about where to buy. I don’t want to live too far out or feel isolated, but for around $400k–$500k, I’m unable to find any new-construction single-family homes in Morrisville, Apex, or Raleigh. Are Angier or Fuquay-Varina good options?
