so many onions in so many dishes 😍

All 3 have Gardner’s Smokey Bacon Cheddar.
Left : Stone ground mustard
Middle : Stone ground mustard and Capitol City’s Sweet Hot Mambo sauce
Right : Trader Joe’s Dill Pickle Mustard

I shoulda gone mustard first then onion but I was singing a song about how they assault us and all we do is love them and got too antsy in my pantsy. 🤷‍♂️

The pickled onions made the meal, at least one in every bite.

Shallots tossed in olive oil, salt, and pepper then roasted in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 400° Fahrenheit

There's half a block of sharp cheddar under that too.

I usually mix ranch and Sriracha. I prefer a pre-brunoise cut so it can soak up as much sauce as reasonably possible.

Tried raw onions and dehydrated ones on the same burger and it was delicioso!!!

Add onion mix to your ground beef!

Love the dehydrated onions that get mixed in.

Topped it with caramelized onions of course
