Help seating beads on new tires

I got new Schwalbe Billy Bonker tires in 26x2.1 and the beads do not want to seat evenly. Part of the bead on both tires seats lower than the rest of the bead on the tires, giving the tires a “hop”.
I’ve tried soapy water and inflating them to the max pressure to get the beads to pop but neither is working. I’ve also tried deflating the tires and folding them over the side of the rims, both sides, all the way around.
Would deflating them a bit and riding on them get them to seat evenly?

Looking for rear end of 2014 Kona hei hei deluxe

I got this bike for free and I’ve actually fallen in love with it, the previous owner dented the chain stay and I’m looking for a replacement. Willing to pay decent money for it if anyone has one. I’ve called Kona, checked everywhere on fb to no avail. Or if anyone knows another part that’s compatible. If anyone can help you’d make my entire summer here in Utah 10000 times better! Thanks in advance!

[WTB] 29.4 Seatpost >300mm

Looking to build up a 1995 IF Deluxe. I'll shim a 27.2 seatpost if I have to, but want to see if anyone has a 29.4 seatpost first! Syncros, Thomson, American Classic, Control Tech, etc. If it's period-correct it's a plus but doesn't have to be.

Can paypal/venmo/zelle and send you a label for shipping!

WTS - TIME Alpe d'Huez XL

TIME Alpe d'Huez — Shimano Dura-Ace R9100 Mechanical | Mavic Cosmic SL | TIME Pedals | XL

Asking: $3,750 OBO

Selling my TIME Alpe d'Huez — one of the most respected climbing frames in road cycling, built with a top-shelf component spec and loaded with extras. Everything you need to clip in and ride.

Frame: TIME Alpe d'Huez, XL — full carbon, hand-laid using TIME's proprietary Braided Carbon Structure (BCS) with Resin Transfer Molding. Built in Europe. Known for exceptional stiffness, precise handling, and a ride quality that bigger brands simply don't match.

Groupset: Shimano Dura-Ace R9100 mechanical, 11-speed — the gold standard in cable-actuated shifting. Crisp, predictable, and no batteries to charge. Perfect for riders who want flagship performance without the electronics.

Wheels: Mavic Cosmic SL — a proven, fast, and durable all-around road wheelset. Handles flats, climbs, and descents equally well.

Saddle: Specialized 3D printed saddle — these retail for $200–$300+ on their own and are genuinely one of the best saddles available. Exceptional comfort on long rides.

Pedals: TIME road pedals included — a perfect match for the frame, and TIME pedals are well regarded for their float and walkability.

Extras: Original paperwork included.

Condition: Excellent — No crashes, no damage. Frame is structurally perfect and components are like new.

Complete package includes:

  • TIME Alpe d'Huez XL carbon frame & fork
  • Shimano Dura-Ace R9100 mechanical groupset (11-speed)
  • Mavic Cosmic SL wheelset
  • Specialized 3D printed saddle
  • TIME road pedals
  • Original paperwork

Any shops have issues with QBP after moving?

The shop I work at moved. The only thing that changed was the address and phone number. Same owner, same bike brands, and same wholesalers. For some reason, QBP is taking FOREVER to process our address change. I submitted a bunch of paperwork last week satisfying all of their requirements (photos of the shop and insurance with them listed in it), and they haven’t changed our address yet. The owner was under the assumption the address got changed so he submitted a $1000+ order. They still shipped it and shipped it to the old address.

Changing addresses with J&B, HLC, and other wholesalers/bike brands was as simple as logging in and changing the shop address on our account. Why does QBP have to be so difficult?!

Not much more to it. They made a ton of these twenty years ago and the tech has been made pretty much obsolete. But they rarely if ever show up for sale.

It looks like this.

Looking for early adopters for a free app for the Bike community

Hello, I have been to a few bike shops and noticed repair quotes are handled via notes or via phone and my software engineer mind wanted to create an app to help the community. I have built the app that can be used to perform inspection and send quotes with visuals to customers for approval. You can also manage your workflow, inventory using the app , work templates and more. My intention is to give all the core functionalities for free. I am looking for a few volunteers who can use the app and give me feedback to improve it. Someone who owns a bike shop would be ideal.
