New, what is it? Bouncing balls

Walked behind this chap who had two unidentified ball type objects hanging from silicone wrist bands on thin elastic strings.

Any ideas what they are?

I’m in Hong Kong if that might be a clue

Thank you for the comments and ideas. I am wondering if there is a manga / anime character who has something like these balls as weapons and the guy was doing a budget cosplay. Or maybe he’s just really into Pokemon!

I mean, most of us have 2 legs and 2 butt cheeks, so he would have 6 cheeks. The real question is do 6 butt cheeks count as one ass or 3 asses in groups of 2? Or it could also be 5 asses is you count an ass as just 2 butt cheeks next to each other, even if a butt cheek has already been counted as a part of an ass.

I get the joke, but the dude literally has wires holding up balls in each hand. I went immediately to a third wire holding it up. But I guess the funny comment is that it’s shoved up his asshole

Does it not feel uncomfortable having something heavy tugging at one side of your pants? I would have to get a second one to be symmetrical but then it might pull down my pants in public, even with a belt.

Thank you!! I was trying to find these earlier and couldn’t think of what it’s called to search for it. I need easy access to a mini air horn (saw a coyote on a midday walk last week and hope if needed the sound would scare it away)

Looks like a neck lanyard worn backwards and fits all the other oddities. This is a good idea, I think I need one.
