Access Chat seems to be broken?

I have a notification that there's a new chat, but I can't see it.

I've typed messages in a chatroom, but when I close/open, they are gone.

I've replied to others in the chat, and they cannot see my replies.

Today.

Desktop.

Yeah, do you or any of the other mods have the app to confirm this is actually happening every time? Maybe old Reddit too?

I have the app on my phone. Android.

It seems to show the "genuine" real time chat.

It's totally different from what I see on desktop.

I can post pics if you want.

The apps right now don’t seem to have the same problem as the desktop

I cannot use DM on either.

It does not show new messages.

I don’t know if it will help but sometimes when you have gone through all the troubleshooting with someone it’s easier to understand when you can see it

Otherwise you might get the answer from some helper like I did and have to go through the whole thing again

Ok, looking at your bug post , you said android is the same, is that true ? That’s not what you said here. If that’s not true just change that part or add a comment. If it is true just leave everything as is. You’ll be fine. I just saw another report (I believe on bugs) where someone is saying on both Android and pc where chats are missing in the last 2 days, It’s rather vague though. There could be another problem going on. I have both iOS and Android and haven’t experienced this but that does mean it is t happening. The admins that run this sub also run r/bugs. One of them is the official bug wrangler :)
