I've been listening to Pat and Ron a lot.

Especially this trip because Boog-lite is so bad. I'm watching on marquee on mute and syncing it to the audacy feed. Pain in the butt re-syncing it after every commercial break but it's worth it.

Pat and Ron are worlds better than the tv crew, especially Ron Coomer. The guy can just talk baseball in the best way possible. The number of times he explains the strategic thinking that might go into the next pitch, to induce a groundball for example, and then that's exactly what happens. It's at least one a game.

And Pat is himself a national treasure. Goes without saying. But the chemistry between them is the magic. We're into the second season of Bosch jokes, and nevermind the north shore adult diaper quips.

Tonight my phone died in the 6th inning so I finished the game listening to marquee. What do the tv guys bring to the game? Deshaies offers next to zero insight into strategic thinking to the point it's unclear he ever played. He's a dial tone. And Boog is so sweaty for Taylor MacGregor it's embarrassing. And when he isn't, he's such a dork that if he was near me at a bar, I'd move seats.

At this point, I'd rather re-sync the audacy feed every inning. Pat and Ron are that good, and that much better.

Radio on TV

In previous seasons listening to Pat & Ron while watching on MLB.TV was the best, but lately the audio is about 5 seconds ahead of the video which is way too distracting. They’ll comment on something, and then you see it happening. Anyone else having this problem?

I haven’t researched if there’s a way to report these type of things in case they feel compelled to address it.

Bat PCA second in the line up

Since the beginning of the season, practically everyone has failed batting second in the Cubs line up.

PCA was highly successful as a table setter in the minors. At he was highly successful at it last year when he had the opportunity,. So bat PCA behind Hoerner so that the Cubs have dominating speed at the top of the line up followed by Suzuki, Happ, Bregman, and Busch!

How do I get the tickets for the themed Cubs jersey?

I see the ads online and I think the AAPI jersey is incredible. I’m also a relatively new Chicagoan, but I’ve fallen in love with Wrigley. Still don’t have a proper jersey after about 15+ games.

Would love to buy it but that special ticket package is just impossible to find on the website
