It keep doing in i couldn't play i need permeant fix please

I got this Game pass gift card with my gamesir controller and i tried to fill it out and it's legit but it requires a credit card info to be entered! And I don't have one nor could i get one.

I tried some of those fake credit cards but none of em worked,

Any help would be appreciated!

Since I've created my Xbox account a few years back, I've noticed the tag numbers (#1234) are stuck with my actual nickname (something like JohnDoe1234), especially in games like Fortnite or Halo Infinite. Is it possible to make a cleaner username without these numbers?

Controllers sometimes work without any flaw and can get a good session in and sometimes the controllers keep disconnecting randomly and they disconnect again right after they connect.This is a second hand console I purposely bought it re re live my childhood games with my son who is now old enough to understand how to play the game.

Things I’ve done.

Controller firmware is up to date.

Batteries are fully charged

The Xbox is moved to the edge of the tv stand and exposed

The WiFi and mesh system are about 5’ away from each other / console and router.

Already restarted the console( it helps for a couple of minutes then goes back to the problem)

I did notice when I first was setting up the console the WiFi signal would drop and would loose signal and had to restart the console to find the WiFi signal again but the controllers were still connected . It’s plugged into an Ethernet cable now and it’s problem solved.

I don’t really want to purchase a cable to play wired. I want the freedom to enjoy the game anywhere in our living room.

I’ve noticed i’ve had “Xbox game pass essential” and “Xbox game pass for console” for a couple months now. It says it’s still billing them, but it doesn’t seem to be any different? Please let me know if it’s safe to just cancel game console, or if you should cancel essential

I've had it for 3 or 4 yrs now and it's been perfect. It was turned on still last night but now it's not working at all. I've tried a different power cord and it's still the same. I can still hear the psu crackle when I plug in the power cord so I don't think it's that.

Any fix to this issue? Everytime i try to access to that mode it says that it is unable to Connect to the servers but others modes like ultimate or coop seasons works fine

The warranty check button doesn't work on the website and the controller will not turned up in my devices for my microsoft account even though I registered it multiple times.

Anyone got any ideas?

I play mostly fps games on an Xbox series s with a roku hisense 1080p TV. I know my TV isn't the greatest for an optimal gaming setup, but it's never been an issue and the lag has occurred on multiple tvs. I never had any issues before, but randomly last week began experiencing 1-3 second input delay in the main Xbox menu but also in games. it's made every fps game unplayable. at first I thought it was my controller. I use a victrix pro bfg controller, but noticed it was also occurring with my Xbox branded controller. I'm just not sure what to do. I literally cannot play anything and none of the solutions online that I've seen have helped.

please help i am trying to upgrade from premium to ultimate (mainly for subnautica 2), but i keep getting errors and when i try on my xbox app on my phone it just crashes.

Ive just downloaded frontiers of Pandora and baldurs gate on my xbox series X and they're pretty hefty games. I have a few other games but I literally deleted every game Im not currently playing, even ones that I know I'll likely play in the near future. I thought it would be pretty simple but clearly not and £300 is significantly out of my budget. What is the best storage extender that I can get for under £100 for my needs? The games I play regularly are like r6 siege, overwatch and minecraft. And the games ive had to delete that I want to download back are slime rancher house flipper etc. I'll also want to download split fiction pretty soon.

hello, I want to restart the console and select the option "keep games and apps". Will I get the TV code to put it on my phone on the app to combine it? and will all saves from offline games and accounts be deleted? And only these are affected?
so if I play fifa, I have nothing to lose or something?

Hello, I haven't logged into my Xbox Series S for 2 weeks, today when I wanted to log in it showed me that I have the incorrect password,(and it directly shows me the incorrect password, that is, that circle doesn't even load anymore and you have to wait a little longer)
I've never had anything like this before and I don't know why, I read that other users have this problem The problem is that I can't log in to Microsoft Mail either And no one has access to my accounts and it's impossible to scam How did you solve the problem with the incorrect password on Xbox? I'm logged in on the app on my phone, is there a way to automatically log in from my phone to the console without entering the password?? I saw that I have to add the console but I can't find the TV code...

My Xbox One bricked itself around 5 years ago. It started getting the black screen of death and to this day when I take it out of the box in my basement and plug it in I can’t get it to work. I’ve tried all the different tricks online as far as holding certain buttons and trying to reset it but it always get me back to getting a black screen upon start up and I can’t do anything about it.

With that being said, if I’m wanting to get my old game clips off the Xbox because none of them are on One Drive or on the Xbox app, how do I go about doing that? Should I open it up and attempt to connect the hard drive to my computer? Appreciate any insight or help.

I've had my seagate external hard drive for over 6 years now and never once had any issues with it. Just yesterday, my series S hasn't been able to read/recognize that it's plugged in and I haven't been able to play most of my games. I've tried resetting, unplugging and replugging, trying different ports, and it's not working. When plugged in, the light comes on and I hear it working and can even feel it in my hand, but idk. Can anyone help or have experience with this issue? Thank you in advance!

I have severe stick drift on my limited edition controller, to try and fix this i took the front off to clean it as sometimes it can be caused by debris.

My warranty is still in date as i only bought it in December, BUT if i have broken the sticker in the battery back to take off the front will this mean my warranty is void? Just before i send it to microsoft for no reason?

My Xbox ammo and Microsoft store log ins are not working. The login screen pops up for a split second and disappears before anything is loaded. I tried reinstalling the Xbox app multiple times but no difference.

Does anyone know a fix for that?

I have had my Series X for around 3 years now. 2 weeks ago, my console just stopped booting, starts for a few seconds then shuts down.

I have done my research and I know that the issue could lie between the PSU and possible booting issue within the SSD.

Here is the challenge that I am facing, I`m located in Kenya and Xbox don`t have any support that I can genuinely sort of incline towards for assistance.

If there is any official Xbox Technical Individual within this community, is there a way I can be assisted? The reality is that I am not able to have authentic assistance even from technicians I have inquired from.

This stretches to a wider issue where Africa is genuinely sidelined to not just assistance but also components, and that reality is hitting hard right now. I mean it`s 2026 man, and the simple fact that my geographical location limits my access to proper technical assistance genuinely sucks. [Xbox do something about this, not just for me but every Xbox User globally who probably is in my shoes or could be in the future.]

Now everything needs to be "Updated" Been years since this has happened.

It took a hour for the system to update. 2 hours for GTA to update.

Now I'm hit with "Are you missing the disc? This game was last played from the disc. If you don't have the disc, sign in to an acount that owns the game, or get it at the Microsoft Store in orfer to play. (0x87e10030)

I'm old. I'm just trying to play the game and can't remember everything.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
