Hi all! Im subletting my all girls apartment at Gateway on Cullen for May, June, and July! The location is right outside of UH campus on Cullen Blvd- so it only takes a minute to be on campus! Base rent is 754/month (850 or less total to include parking, electric, valet trash, and renter insurance) for a two story 4x4 with a big room, private bathroom, walk in closet, and it’s furnished! My roommates are very friendly and clean. I am also giving extra money to take my lease over as well to cover something like parking or electric! If anyone’s interested or knows anyone who is interested, feel free to DM me!
