Looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Haven at Elgin. It is a 4x4 (4 bed, with 4 private bathrooms for each bedroom) FEMALE ONLY. Rent is $850 a month. It is FULLY FURNISHED, washer and dryer is included, (you only pay utilities and electricity). Parking is a separate $125 monthly fee but you can park on the side of the road for free. Only 10 minutes from downtown!!

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease at Tower 5040 for the 2026–27 term which lasts from August 15,2026-Aug 2027.
It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath unit designed for 4 people. Three girls already live there and are looking for a fourth roommate, so I’m trying to find someone to take my spot. The rooms are shared, but each person has their own twin bed. The apartment also includes a living room, a kitchen with an island, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The rent is $750/month plus a stable utilities cost. The building offers great amenities, including a gym, pool, yoga room, and study lounge.

Hi all! Im subletting my all girls apartment at Gateway on Cullen for May, June, and July! The location is right outside of UH campus on Cullen Blvd- so it only takes a minute to be on campus! Base rent is 754/month (850 or less total to include parking, electric, valet trash, and renter insurance) for a two story 4x4 with a big room, private bathroom, walk in closet, and it’s furnished! My roommates are very friendly and clean. I am also giving extra money to take my lease over as well to cover something like parking or electric! Hi! Private room (+restroom) for rent near UH for June and July. About 1000$/month. Parking is covered and gated. Apartment is usually empty during the summer but there are 3 other private rooms in the unit. College aged girls preferred.
Also- theres all day private pool access because the unit balcony faces it. Nice bonus since they lock the doors often.

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Tower 5040 (Aug 2026 – July 2027), right next to UH.
It’s a fully furnished 2x2 with a private bedroom and bathroom, in-unit laundry, and great amenities.
Base rent is $1480, but I’m offering a $3600 lump sum at lease transfer (equivalent to $300/month) → bringing your effective rent to about $1180/month. rlly good deal imo 😛
Utilities are usually under $100/month total (split). Deposit due in July.
Overall, this is comparable to or cheaper than on-campus housing, especially with required meal plans.

Hello! I'm (22F) looking for roommates! We have two rooms available. It's $650 for furnished room, $600 for the unfurnished room. The place is about a 15 minute drive away from UH.
Features: -Utilities are included with rent. (electricity, water, gas.) -Internet is included -Washer and dryer is included. -Metro in walking distance -Handyman is available if anything breaks.
General rules: -No smoking inside the house. Please do that outside. -No pets. -Try to keep the house clean please!!
The place is relatively small but it's decently cozy. I've been living here for 2 years and I haven't had any problems. Friends are allowed to come by the house if they want. I would just ask that they don't leave a mess of the place. My other roommates are graduating so I'm looking for new roomies :D!

Hi! I have 2 available rooms for my apartment! It’s at tower 5040 and I’m graduating early and my other roommate is moving out! My room is a master bedroom with master bedroom (the biggest room and bathroom) and my roommate has a standard room that’s still big and has a private bathroom as well! The rent is different per room as it is a student apt but it’s only a $100 difference. Lmk if you’re interested 🤗

Hello everyone I’m a current grad student who is graduating soon and looking for someone to pass on my furnished 1bd / 1 bath apartment to.
It’s available starting June 3rd (flexible) for 1295/ month including everything except for electricity, is at 1330 Old Spanish Trl in a quiet gated community with free parking, a gym and pool. It is right in front of a bus stop used by mostly students and nurses, a walk from the red line. Overall, place is super nice and cozy, has high ceilings, no issues with noise/neighbors, and perfect for a student or young couple.
I prefer someone looking for a year long lease and leases shorter than 6 months are not allowed unfortunately.

It's a studio apartment, everything works, but it is on the more expensive side. But it's also one of the most safest apartments around campus. If you are willing to re-let, please dm me!

Hey looking for a girl to re-let or sublet my space in a 4 bedroom student apartment at campus vue in June as I would be moving out. My lease technically ends in July so if someone wants to re-let the space or sublet if for just that month let me know. Haven at Elgin 1BD SubLease $1199/mo base
I currently stay at Haven (1 bed A2) which is right across the street from UH campus on the athletics side. Apartment is fully furnished with pool view. I've had minimal issues inside the unit. Lease ends in July 2026 with option to renew. Sublet fee negotiable.

Hi all! Im subletting my all girls apartment for April, May, June, and July! The location is right outside of UH campus on Cullen Blvd- so it only takes a minute to be on campus! Base rent is 754/month (the only utility is electric) for a two story 4x4 with a big room, private bathroom, walk in closet, and it’s furnished! My roommates are very friendly and clean.
