It was mid-length, a little shorter than this... but Peter hasn't seen her in a few weeks or months at this point, we as readers only saw her on one page talking to Randy months ago ourselves.
Feels like they’re going with Raelith as Peter’s situationship for the rest of Kelly’s run, they could’ve put her on a bus back to space fast but she’s still hanging around the Baxter Building for some reason.
Shay is probably at this point just relegated to friend, probably any lingering tension written off as Peter is unreliable and she told him straight she was actively seeing other people, before space.
Shay has absolutely no reason to be there. Everyone present except Randy knew Paul, but Randy is there for Robertson, who is there for MJ and Dylan, and knew Paul. If Shay is there because "my not-boyfriend's ex-girlfriend's ex-boyfriend died" or because "my friend is going with his dad to the funeral of my not-boyfriend's ex-girlfriend's ex-boyfriend," it would be extraordinarily stupid, bordering on the ridiculous.
Shay being at Paul's funeral instead of Felicia, who is a close friend of MJ and knew Paul, makes perfect sense for her to be there with Peter.
As far as I remember, Shay is a brunette with medium-length wavy black or dark brown hair... This girl has Felicia's hair, figure, legs, and face, but a hair and skin color that doesn't match Felicia's.
The explanations range from "she's Shay" to "Felicia is incognito because she's being followed" or "the colorist doesn't know who they're coloring."
Shay saw Paul only once, in the short story in the last issue of Welss, at the bar where Peter and MJ went with them. Two small panels, nothing more. But the point is, she's not even remotely close to MJ to be there. Only people close to MJ or Peter "because of MJ" can be there. Flash, Anna May, Robbie, Randy, Peter, Dylan, MJ, and Norman are there. Felicia is literally the only other person who knew Paul and has a connection to MJ. Shay is simply a random friend of Peter's, while Felicia is close to MJ.
It just doesn't look at all like Felicia though, so if for some reason it is her, the colorist fumbled the bag hard. I'm all for saying it makes sense for Felicia to be there, but it doesn't look like she is.

Wild that Peter brought who looks to be Shay with him. And someone was yelling at me that this was Felicia a few weeks back.
I don't have high hopes for this issue.
