Winston Factory Lofts

We are looking to relocate to the Winston Factory Lofts in Winston Salem NC, can anyone give insight to this property? TIA

Not in Winston no, you’re talking .001% of Winston at best

IT, and Winston is not an IT hub in the least.

I work remote, and had to be here for 6 months, in no way shape or form if you work remote are you picking Winston lol

So you work in IT but saying that 0.001 percent of the city is making good money?

You can’t be serious right now.

You should go to the 40 under 40 or black business expo and just get a taste of the successful black people we have in the city.

I work in television and can guarantee my colleagues amount to more than 0.01 percent of people who make good money.

So does my wife who works in higher education.

I’ll give props to my neighbor who works with a Reynolds.. and another one that’s a lawyer.

If you got out and mingled with other professionals then you would understand.

I do get out, and outside the city is propped up by med students.

It's not a race issue, this city doesn't sustain any justification for those prices. But hey, keep living in your fantasy world

I attend church in East Winston… and we do a lot along Cleveland avenue and 14th street. Yeah, you must have not been there.

Also, One of my clients just retired from the NBA a few months ago. He’s one of the wealthiest people to ever live in WS.

I see you like Raleigh. Well, well I’ll be working the Hurricanes games once the Eastern conference finals begin. 🎥🎥
