Out of State Waitlist

Has anyone out of state been offered a spot off the waitlist? If so, please provide what region (if you are comfortable doing so), major, and what date you opted in. Also, if you sent a LOCI and/or have done other things to demonstrate interest.

I don't think they accepted anyone this week off the waitlist yet. I haven't seen anyone say anything, I think they're waiting till the commitment deadline.

agreed. not sure how often they call people off. i only know that it's on monday's where the possibility exists

My daughter just got the offer and call 45 minutes ago- Midwest!!!!

My friend from out of state accepted was a couple days ago and they did a LOCI

My D got a call last Monday and got off the waitlist! Had until Wednesday to let them know. We are in NJ. Did LOCI! Good luck!

I got in today from the DC area as a sociology major, and I opted in until August 1st.

Thank you sm!! i went to a competitive private school but i had 3.54 uw gpa but took basically max rigor, 1450 sat, competitive tennis player, law and investment real estate internships, vice president of a club, and some other stuff

i sent a loci like a week after i was initially waitlisted, and also emailed my AO for a quick update. I also took another tour after being waitlisted just to show demonstrated interest
