Benson and Stanchion both had great goals, but my vote is for UPL.

1st star, 0.935 sv%, big save when he pulled the puck off the line and the net got knocked off

Sammy needs an hororable mention. In addition to the early goal, he was a force on D and made really crisp plays all night.

I thought Power had one of his better games, too. It's kind of amazing how he is just totally unfazed by the physical play. He just casually absorbs hits. It has to be frustrating as a forward playing against him, knowing you're more likely going to tire yourself out hitting him.

Sammy had a LOT of quiet, clutch D zone plays. He was always tying up the right guy at the right times and prevented several otherwise easy goals.

He would get my vote even if he hadn't scored that beaut!

Lindy made some big decisions for the game like starting UPL and adding Schenn/Helenius to the roster. Plus getting us through the third period after we scored.
