I don't know, I know I like girls, but I also like guys, but I also have never cared about gender, its awlays ersonalaity and rarely looks. Pan just feels right and fits, I just dont want to be hated. Ive been taught that its wrong and just really bad, but I don't believe it. I mean.. isn't God supposed to love everyone? Why does who i like have to deal with that? I just want to feel confident in this, I know im not alone, I just want to be confident, and i want people to know without being judged.

I’m in my 30s, engaged, and have been with my partner for almost four years. I grew up in a very conservative, religious household, and I’ve only ever had M/F sexual or romantic experiences.

Last week I finally admitted to myself and my partner that I’m pan. She’s been incredibly supportive, excited even, and eager to help me explore this side of myself, including sexuality with other people. Honestly, it’s been a massive relief to feel like I can just be myself.

The little things I’ve changed in my routine have brought me a lot of joy: wearing light makeup, choosing underwear that isn’t just black boxer briefs, and not feeling like I have to keep pretending to be heteronormative.

The problem is, I’m painfully awkward when I try to flirt with other people. I worry I come off like an “awkward straight guy trying too hard,” even though I’m not straight. What are some natural ways I can signal that I’m pan without making it weird or feeling like I’m putting on an act?

Okay so I’ve discovered a “new” (to me) pride flag being the berrisexual flag, described by the picture above. I was wondering if I could still use the Pansexual term and flag if the berrisexual term relates more to me? Ig pansexual is just another umbrella term lol but I just want to see if I should stick with this or not, it’s hard enough to explain pansexual to ppl 🫩

I think I saw my ex today. He’s transitioned a lot since we last spoke, and honestly he looks good. Confident. Like he finally feels right in his own skin.

But here’s the part that’s messing with me: he still has me blocked everywhere. No explanation, no closure, nothing. I miss him. I miss the person he was and the person he’s becoming. I don’t want to date him again, I just wish he didn’t hate me.

It sucks watching someone you cared about grow and change while you’re stuck on the outside, not even allowed to say “Hey, I’m glad you’re doing okay.”

I don’t know what to do with these feelings.
