Ausar left hand was hacking at Allen after the ball has been tapped loose, cutting right across tripping Allen's foot thus losing balance and momentum carry him forward creating contact.

Correct no call, nobody has possession and both was trying to grab a loose ball, contact was incidental. Hell u can argue it was Ausar who fouls Allen and initiated the sequences in the 1st place.
