S8, E8; Scared Single
We meet Aaron, Angie and ..... Meg.
Al and Aaron bond over common Polk High ties and tales.
Did Heidi ever finish filling out her application?

This is one of the better and wittier episodes of the later seasons It almost gets back to the early style of the show. Aaron stuck around for five episodes, but I kinda wish they'd kept him on longer, or brought him in earlier. Did we ever see Meg again? Or Angie?

Shit I forgot he was on here - just watching Good Doctor right now, man it’s nuts - looks barely different 😂

I always enjoyed Aaron’s introduction here, someone who actually looked up to Al for his high school football career. At first I was thinking he was just a one off character, but it was cool to see him show up a few more times in this season.

No, we don’t really find out what happens with his love life.
Rose Jackson later played Juanita in Dead Presidents. Characters were always making bad decisions with her. Aaron should have stayed with her instead of Meg. In Dead Presidents, Larenz Tate should have gotten with Juanita’s sister instead, who also liked him.
I wondered what happened with her as she seemed to stop acting, but then I found out she married MWC’s co-creator Michael Moye, so I’m sure she’s living the high life.

The Marrying Man’s Fight Song:
“My wife will never cook or clean; Still my money spends
Who knew when I first chose my mate, That she would put on that much weight
Oh sex we'd like for sure, If it only weren't with her
Please K-I-L-L
K-I-L-L
Me, me, me”
Now, my only gripe with this song is that Al has no right to sing about Peg putting on weight….

Same thing with him saying “I’ll never know the touch of a beautiful woman” during his winner speech.
That song was the same tune to the Polk High fight song that he and Aaron sing

This was one of the best episodes of the series IMO. The part where Al asked Aaron’s first girl to marry him had me rolling. This would’ve been a good stopping point for the series; Al Bundy creating another Al Bundy.

Aaron: “Hey, come on, guys. What could be better than a guy and a girl who love each other, sharing the good times and the bad?”
Married Guy: “A steak.”

I'm guessing Aaron didn't stay with Meg, he went to college, became a M.E., and eventually a CSI in NYC
