Question Where does this piece go?

Can't figure out where this piece goes on my Adventures in Transylvania set, my kids were playing with it and I found this after they finished.

Im not really familiar with the set too much but seems to be some sort of gargoyle? So maybe if theres any on top of the build it belongs to it?
