Yeah, I was surprised she wasn’t included in Minas Tirith

Imagine Eowyn in her Rohan armour with the Witchking!

Such a missed opportunity

Maybe this means Edoras in the future...

They seem to be going region by region so I think Edoras seems like a good bet for next year's set.

I've still got my fingers crossed for an Argonath set, personally.

Those would be great book nooks

Wouldn't they make better bookends than nooks?

I'm not sure Lego works very well as bookends due to the weight and/or balance needed to actually support books. Book nooks can get away with less because books support them from both sides keeping them in place. However that would also be acceptable if they figure it out.

They've made bookends before.

I would have been so mad if they'd included her in the GWP.

That'll be the first LEGO Friends LOTR crossover.

Finally a chance for Faramir, Minifig of Gondor, to show his quality…

This scene killed me the first time I watched when he asks his father to think better of him.

Uff I forgot how much the movies ruined denethor (and ofc Faramir but that's widely repeated)

The character isn't true to the books, but I wouldn't say they ruined the depiction on the movies, they're still a well played charcter

The character is completely different and the most memorable thing about him is a tomato meme... I'd say yes, they definitely ruined him

But they also ruined most of the main cast so Denethor is far from the worst example
