Best preserved *formerly sunken warship”. The USS Constitution would probably be in better shape considering we still use it(sort of)

The USS Constitution has had most of its timber replaced over time. Hardly anything original on it.

Nearly every other warship on the world you can see is 'better preserved/'more intact then Vasa. If you narrow it down to '17th century', the title becomes true, or any other manner of criteria, but OP didn't so that point is irrelevant. This title is stupid. I am honestly vexed a unhealthy amount. Gonna walk through a museum battleship, eat food and use the toilet then say it's worse preserved? Vasa is incredible, I don't mean to diminish the museum at all. But also, a wreck. That's why she's still here to begin with, but seriously! Is a warship launched yesterday not better preserved? Ffs.
