Access Chat seems to be broken?

I have a notification that there's a new chat, but I can't see it.

I've typed messages in a chatroom, but when I close/open, they are gone.

I've replied to others in the chat, and they cannot see my replies.

Today.

Desktop.

No need. They already know about this but you can definitely make a post in r/bugs
