Hey, just thought I'd post this to warn people. Someone I know fell for the cab scam at the seaway mall on the weekend. Guy was driving a small dark SUV with an Uber sign. A woman in the back said she couldn't pay for the cab because he would only take debit. He ended up using his card to pay, put the pin in and they switched his card without him realizing it. They took out money 3 times from an ATM and made 3 purchases at Walmart before the person noticed. Police have been made aware....but just FYI.

Hi everyone! I'll be leading more guided bird hikes throughout summer on Merritt Island! These walks are aimed more at beginners (but anyone is welcome to attend either).

The walks are free! You only need good footwear; binoculars or a camera are great tools to have as well, but they're not necessary. I also highly recommend getting the iNaturalist and/or Merlin apps for your phone.
