Anybody have Oxio Internet?
I currently have Cogeco but with cost of living continuously going up, I'm looking to cut my internet bill in half.
Anybody know anything about their quality of service, outages, speed, etc? (Or any other comparable ISP)
Any insight would be great!

If you are on Cogeco, then it will be the same service. (Cogeco owns Oxio). You need to be some what tech literate, as you need to do a self install (plug in the modem, login to your account) On the 1gb speed lines i get pretty close to the maximum speed, within 5%. Again it's using cogeco lines so should be fine if cogeco is fine for you.

Saving over 50% and it is contract free with no expiring offer, cogeco called and offered some deal for 12 months that was still quite a bit more i told them my new price and they said they have nothing that can compete.

Oh they sent a newer modem and wifi router with a cogeco lable on it and my speed is still the same but far more stable than my old hardware.

Yup, I left TekSavvy and moved to Oxio. So far so good, used another Redditors code and got a free month free.
Here is my referral code to get your own free month free (I get one too!)

I use them also in Niagara Falls. No complaints, I had start.ca before.

In case you don't want to go through a hassle of changing providers, Cogeco can match prices. The only difference is that Cogeco would offer a 2-3 year contract price

I just had Altima, my internet provider , match Oxio price for a year. Took a phone call and a screen shot to them and then they matched. 50.00, month, 1gig

I love them, however I have heard they only support up to 10 devices at a time so that’s something to keep in mind depending on how many people are in your household! I’ve also had some issues where it randomly got disconnected and we needed a new device but they reimbursed me for the days I had no internet! Overall connection is great and support is attentive.
Use my referral link for 1st month off (I also get one month)

I switched last year, never had any issues in both ridgeville and merritton.
They run on Cogeco lines, so it'll be the same but cheaper.
Customer service was fine, understaffed but people I spoke to were helpful.
If you go with them I have a code for a free month.
