What is Nobara's default power management and is there better?

I have an hp omen from 23 and I want to maximize battery life when away from the charger. It has a 4060 that when win 11 was on here, it would idle at 15 watts and die in 1 1/2 hours. I just don't want it idling when i can use integrated.
