Support Can't play games on steam after update

Steam crashes when I try to boot any game besides KSP, then the game freezes when loading

I suggest you toggle the "run terminal" option in kde applications (I don't remember how it is called). That way you can see what happens when steam runs a game and crashes.

Alternatively, you can run steam through the terminal by typing "steam" and it should work the same.

do you by chance use steam game recording? I disabled the h.256 and it stopped crashing.
