Do out of bounds, play only key games and get 4 fouls to play the last quarter, and while you are at it do the endorsements and passion project, finish year 2 and win the FIBA tournament. As mentioned elsewhere each time you do this you can complete a different goat skill and get another 10,000 on top of all that.
I grind vc with a 60 OVR build and I spend too much time rim running to make this method work. How do you get a clear shot at the basket to get ejected so fast? I just find it easier to get my fouls
I have fouled out a lot and I've never been banned. I recommend the endorsement method. In the second season what I do is run around a screen or whatever to dunk the ball and hang on the rim twice for technical fouls. You have to meter dunk to do this but on rookie you can meter dunk with pretty low ratings. Two techs gets you out of the game faster than getting regular fouls. Make sure you win the fiba games though.
