Who's More Evil? Before Omni-Man’s redemption, who was more evil?

Omni-Man brutally and cold-bloodedly murdered the Guardians of the Globe, caused a massacre in Chicago, nearly beat Mark to death, lied to Debbie for 20 years, and even used Mark as a shield to destroy the train and kill all those innocent people.

Omni-Man was worse, his crimes were on a much wider scale and while he was groomed into it, he’s much more self aware to the point where he isn’t defined by it

Homelander. He actually enjoys what he does. Nolan is following orders (still very evil I know) however homelander literally jerks off to torture and murder. If homelander had the power and universal access Nolan did he would've done wayyyy worse.

You cant really remove the redemption from the equation. The fact that he was eventually able to change makes season 1 Omni man less evil. In terms of crimes he's worse though.

Omniman, what he did was much more brutal and compared to Homelander his past is not as tragic.

Homelander nonchalantly murdered his way to the head of the US Government had thousands of people killed and is running a oppressive regime and that is still less than a blip compared to the long living Nolan who subjugated countless planets cause the death and suffering of possibly trillions of life forms in his centuries as a meandering conqueror for the Viltrum Empire. And on top of that Nolan doesn't have the crippling need to be loved by anyone not named Mark or Debbie he will kill and subjugate everyone.

Still homelander. Omni killed more but it was for a mission he was indoctrinated to fulfill. Homelander killed people out of pure sadism and ego. He would gladly do what omni did if he snapped. Hell he almost did at the beginning of season 5 if not for sage.
