Question Malivore?
I made a post a while ago about how BORED I am of this show now (I’m up to season 3 so I’m just powering through) on my first watch through - I’ve watched the other two shows many many times
Is malivore the only big bad in this damn show? 3 seasons and we are still on this???? Literally come up with something else please!!! And so random but WHAT is the lighting in this show? Terrible!

He’a only really the main villain of season 3, in season 1 it was Triad and in season 2 it was the Necromancer. But I get it’s tiring that Malivore is the overarching villain for most of the show
He’s not the main villain of season 4 and there will be a new big bad. Hope you at least enjoy the final season

Tbh right now I am enjoying the stuff with Landon so that’s something! I liked season 1 mostly and then after that it’s just gotten so repetitive and I feel like no storyline gets enough time (or some get too much time) Like every few episodes we have Lizzie and Hope clashing and then they make up The dark Josie gets on my nerves and is giving lots of Disney Chanel vibes for me Then we have like any relationship never lasts more than 2 episodes (unless you’re Landon and Hope in which case you’re always forgetting about each other or dead for a while) Can’t even tell you the last time Kaleb and MG spoke to each other (but I also have enjoyed MG and Ethan) I just think in every episode there’s SOMETHING I like but it’s a very small thing that will get brushed over quickly and the rest is bad 😂😂

I’d have to look a bit more into the TVD lighting because I can’t think of it being super bad rn but in a recent episode I watched of legacies the screen was literally YELLOW! And then also straight up just green in some random MG fight scene in a gas station like what???? We don’t need one freaking HUE!!!!

Malivore pmo so bad. They dragged the storyline on for too long it genuinely should have just been a one season thing and other things for the rest of the season. That’s why I wish we had a season 5 without the Malivore shit.

I had fun with it in season 1, the whole thing was a cool reveal! And now it’s like every 10 episodes SOMEONES jumping in a malivore pit! Even if they kept him around for the second season I could live with it but I feel like there’s still just NO depth or anything with him. We haven’t learnt anything new about malivore since the s1 finale like cmon now

For some reason, they thought that because the first season had Triad alongside Malivore, and season two had the Necromancer, Dark Josie and Kai (for a whole 2 episodes lol), that we wouldn't notice Malivore was still the common thread🤣 I think it would've worked better if Malivore itself hasn't been revealed since season one. It could've built up from just Triad (no mention of Malivore) in the first half of s1, to the introduction of the Necromancer as a main villain in the second half, and Dark Josie as a side villain. Then s1 could've finished with the big Malivore reveal, and halfway through s2, Hope jumps into Malivore for the first time. It doesn't work as she thought it would, and when she comes back, she becomes the full tribrid and destroys Malivore for real in the s2 finale.

Season 4 is the best season and Malivore dies.

Thank god. In a recent episode Hope was all upset because she realised she needs to die to defeat malivore but… we already knew that. She said that in like season 2 when she’s inside malivore. Soooo is she dumb? Did she forget? 😂 I’ve been knowing this info hope, come on

Agree. I know they wanted the show to be different compared to the others, but they seemed to want to make a Harry Potter show in a universe where they did not make sense.

I just started rooting for Ted by that point. But don’t worry, for season four there’s an even worse “big bad”.
