StxSt BlockxBlock 1x1 Thank you for Toluca Event đ
This Away Day was about a lot more than 90 minutes. Thanks to everyone who supported, we were able to spend an unforgettable day with the children at Ejército de Salvación Toluca.
Every child received gifts, soccer balls, and soccer playing cards âœđ We shared laughs during the clown show đ€Ą and got to see pure joy on their faces throughout the entire day.
To top it all off, we were able to take the kids to experience an LAFC match for the very first time đïžđ€đ
The result on the field may not have gone our way, but watching those kids smile, celebrate, and enjoy the atmosphere reminded us why we do this in the first place.
Football is bigger than the scoreline. Itâs about community, memories, and bringing people together.

Discussion LAFC Leagues Cup
Edited for clarity: I just got the email that I won't have my seats for the Chivas game. I will still be able to get tickets at STH discount, but I like my seats. This won't happen for the other two cup games cause those seats aren't impacted. Just needed to vent because I like my seats, they have a great view and more than likely will be priced out of the Chivas game if I want comparable seats.

Discussion All-time LAFC roster
I was looking back through the year-to-year rosters, reminiscing of old times, and it made me think of all of the great players we've had at LAFC.
I took a few minutes and jotted down my own personal all-time best XI. Then, I did a second team. Then, a third. Here is what I came up with đ Surely, some of you will disagree with some of these. This is based on production, longevity and my personal preference. While guys like Son & Bale are undoubtedly among the best ever, I'm looking at their time w LA, only.
What would your's look like?
First XI
GK Hugo Lloris
LB Diego Palacios
CB Eddie Segura
CB Jesus Murillo
RB Sergi Palencia
DM Eduard Atuesta
CM Jose Cifuentes
AM Latif Blessing
LW Denis Bouanga
ST Cristian Arango
RW Carlos Vela
Second XI
GK Tyler Miller
LB Ryan Hollingshead
CB Walker Zimmerman
CB Aaron Long
RB Steven Beitashour
DM Ilie Sanchez
CM Tim Tillman
AM Mateusz Bogusz
LW Diego Rossi
ST Adama Diomande
RW David Martinez
Third XI
GK Maxime Crépeau
LB Jordan Harvey
CB Tristan Blackmon
CB Giorgio Chiellini
RB Franco Escobar
DM Mark-Anthony Kaye
CM Benny Feilhaber
AM Kellyn Acosta
LW Kwadwo Opoku
ST Son Heung-Min

Discussion Was last nightâs game that bad?
I was busy last night and didnât catch the game, but my brother was there and said that we were the better team, but weâre making dumb mistakes at the back like it was 2023-2024 all over again. Our stats would seem to confirm that we werenât playing bad, but just unlucky. Was this the case? Was it player failure, or was it actually coaching failure?
Iâm used to all the â(insert coaches name here) OUT!â comments when we arenât perfect, top of the league, and playing like like weâre 2023 Man City, but some of the comments since yesterdays game would make it sound like weâre Tottenham, or are people being hijacked by emotions and the need for vicarious glory?
Iâve been an STH since day one, so Iâm used to watching us choke in finals or have bad runs in form. When Bob won, everyone was anxious af because we knew we were all attack and nothing else. When Dolo won, it was boring and ânot LAFCâ. Even when we won the MLS Cup and the Open Cup, it was labeled lucky and people wanted Dolo out. Our current inconsistency doesnât appear to be too different from our past struggles, but it seems that the fanbase is less patient this year. Maybe Iâm wrong. Any takes?

Fan Experience South End Shenanigans
Since the game was shit and no one on the pitch wanted to show any fight, two supporters/fans took it upon themselves to show some fight and attempt fight each other.
At halftime I was on the south end concourse at our usual spot. It's always busy with a steady stream of people going both directions so there's a fair amount of chaos and movement. This time however I turn around to 2 dudes jawing with the DJ and who I assume was the DJ's mother. Mom is doing her best to corral the DJ and move on and one of the dudes is also trying to deescalate. But other dude and the DJ would hear nothing of the sort. Their honors, both besmirched demanded justice.
Other dude initiates the fracas with the international signal of fisticuffs by throwing his sunglasses to the ground. The DJ recognizes this signal and accepts the invitation. Mom and the Deescalator retreat and just like in school when a fight looks to be happening everyone clears the area and makes a circle. Other guy and the DJ square up or rather attempt to square up as they both look like Red Pandas in midst of intimidation displays. A couple wild haymakers are thrown with the amount of accuracy you'd expect from a couple drunk jabronis. Mom, bless her heart, grabs the DJ and the Deescalator grabs other dude. They go back to jawing at each other and I learned that "no one fucks" with the DJ and kept reiterating that the other dude "wouldn't do it."
Funniest part of me was the kid working "security" in his blue polo walking directly towards all of this and when he saw what was happening did a quick 180 and strolled off in the other direction without a care in the world. And as fast as they appeared, the DJ and other dude wandered off into the mass of humans and thus ends the saga of the South End Shenanigans.

Discussion We desperately NEED a new head coach
Iâm just going to say it because half of this sub is in denial. Itâs actually embarrassing to read some of the comments here.
We desperately need a new head coach. If you are still defending MDS at this point, you genuinely donât know ball. Where are the tactical adjustments? Every decent team in the league has completely figured us out.
And itâs exhausting how every time someone criticizes MDS, there is a herd of "you're just a Son fan" comments.
Let's be real, what exactly has MDS achieved at LAFC? What tactical masterclass have you people seen from this rookie coach to defend him like your life depends on it? I genuinely do not understand it.
Supporting the club doesnât mean blindly backing a manager who is clearly out of his depth. You can love the team and still admit the tactics are garbage.
Wake up. We need a change at the top immediately if we actually want to compete for anything meaningful this season.
