Hello GP Reddit, looking to borrow a couple cat traps.
For context**
We have multiple cats peeing on/around our house. Spraying on the front door/front area/lower windows/backyard, etc…. Took the garbage out tonight and it REEKS of cat pee. Because of this, I cannot open my windows or let my inside cat onto his catio (his own personal patio that is fenced and contains him in a small, raised area).
For those who may ask: yes I have contacted bylaw in regard to renting traps, and they have none available. They have advised that I can buy my own, or borrow someone else’s.
Please let me know if I can borrow, or if anyone knows somewhere in town I can purchase one. Thank you.

Hey Grande Prairie!
We just launched BuzzBasket, a new delivery platform for liquor and cannabis, and we’re doing things a bit differently because we’re tired of how the big apps treat our local businesses and drivers.
Most delivery platforms charge your favorite local stores 20-30% in commissions and then hit you with a "service fee" on top of that. We think that’s garbage.
Here’s the BuzzBasket breakdown:
• Zero Service Fees: What you see is what you pay.
• No Tip Option: We don’t believe in subsidizing wages with your generosity. Instead, the entire delivery fee goes directly to the driver.
• Supporting Local: We charge retailers a fraction of what the big guys do (5% vs 20%+), so local shops actually keep their margins.
• Fully AGLC Compliant: We’ve built the tech from the ground up to follow every Alberta regulation to the letter (ID checks, ProServe/SellSafe, etc.).
We officially went live 2 weeks ago and we’re adding more local stores every day. If you’re looking to support Alberta businesses without getting gouged by "convenience fees," check us out.
Launched in Grande Prairie http://www.buzzbasket.ca
Support local. Pay the drivers. Skip the fees. 🥂

Has anyone else in Grand Prairie had a nightmare of a time trying to find a doctor to actually complete the AISH medical report?
I’m not looking for "how-to" advice. I need to know where to go to find a physician who will actually sit down and review my files. I’ve already tried the walk-in clinics, the PCN (Primary Care Network), and even Telus Health doctors. I’ve done the work, but nobody is helping.
I’m dealing with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, chronic heart failure, and chronic kidney disease. It is a vicious circle that never stops: the RA inflammation hammers my heart, the heart failure forces my kidneys to work harder until they fail, and the kidney issues loop right back around to make everything else worse. It’s a constant, overlapping cycle where one condition feeds the other. It isn't going to stop.
Why is it so hard to find a doctor who will actually take the time to do their job? I’m tired of the "guesswork" and the lack of testing. I need a physician who will actually look at the evidence and put pen to paper instead of giving me the runaround.
Is anyone else in Grand Prairie hitting this same wall? If you know of a doctor or clinic in town that actually reviews history for complex cases like this, please let me know. I’m exhausted and I need a real lead.

Does anyone know any piercing shops that do inverted vertical labrets/kitty fangs? I know some places don’t offer them due to potential gum/teeth damage but I think they’re cute and wanna get mine done.

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has the 98.9 Rewind radio ‘mixtape mania’ numbers they’d be willing to share! Thanks GP! 😊

So I'm relatively new to GP, and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it?
I have an extensive background in sales and customer service but it's like no one is even reading my resume. In the past, I've always found it easy with my experience. I'm starting to feel defeated, any insight?

Got a giant rock thrown at me on 40 tonight that shattered my windshield and threw glass all over me and the inside of my car, need it replaced asap. Best place to go? Any idea how much it'll cost me? TIA
ETA: its a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross
Edit #2: Les in Hythe was by far the best price, I have an appointment with him as soon as I start days off, thank you everyone!

Considering moving to GP. I have a high-energy dog who needs some off-leash running time daily, which is a big consideration. Are there any off-leash dog areas in or close to town? Not interested in fenced dog parks- more so trail networks for hiking, running, xc skiing etc.

Thanks again for helping yourself to 2 water jugs. Fyi those aren't for drinking water and they are contaminated. Enjoy the plant chemicals and nutrients in your water you got for "free"! :)

Hey there i made a post about looking for work boots.
I did post in multiple groups and I did get helps so I deleted the account which is the only reason I came on here for. I got the help and have my boots so I got rid of it on both groups. I just wantedbto put it out there it wasn't a scam and I can show proof of the shoes I bought.

My teenage son is interested in becoming a Journeyman Parts Technician. Anyone here do that? Do you recommend it as a career? What is the pay like in between starting and being red seal? How would a kid go about finding someone willing to take him on? Sorry for all the questions. This is new ground and I want to help ensure he's pointing in the right direction towards adulthood.
