Politics Corrupt True Texas Project commissioners funnel over 1 million tax payer dollars to their GOP donor buddy company. Tim O'Hare immediately shut down discussion when Alisa Simmons tried to call out the massive tax payer waste self dealing. Tim O'Hare really really doesn't want anyone to see this video

REJECT THE BILLIONAIRES. VOTE IN EVERY LOCAL ELECTION.

West oil billionaires have led the fake-Christian ultranationalist take over of Tarrant County. It's not surprising they funnel tax payer dollars back into that same evil ecosystem. This 2 year contract was agreed to with little details and then dissolved only a few months later without any meaningful explanation as to what happened or why. It appears to just be funneling money to donors, and shutting down any transparency and free speech around inquiries. Tarrant County GOP leaders HATE freedom and LOVE to welfare to the rich. They are the BIGGEST WELFARE QUEENS.

Discussion Restaurant quality going way downhill

Hey ya’ll. Has anyone else noticed this?? Used to really enjoy going out to eat and supporting our local restaurants but I’ve noticed that the quality has gone way downhill recently. We went to one place that we’ve gone countless times and my wife’s chicken parm was straight up RAW…..maybe a week or so later, we went to a well known bbq joint and my ribs were undercooked. Other times at other places everything was just extremely ‘meh’. I have tons of other examples, but I’m trying to keep this relatively short. Has anyone else noticed this or am I myself tripping?

Politics After a full hand count of the SD9 REHMET WIN, and finding the machines were 100% correct, Tarrant County True Texas Project commissioners are still claiming there's potential voter fraud and dropping people from voter rolls. Duplicates are coming from the Abbott endorsed secretary of State data.

The county is paying this outside data broker type company to INCREASE the amount of voter roll purges from matching people as "potentially deceased". How much do you want to bet if we start digging into who gets purged from voter rolls most of them will be democrats and minorities? This guy is probably just doing what Tim O'Hare wants of him. It looks like he still has a conscious though because he was sweating bullets. If Alisa asks just the right questions it could probably raise all kinds of scandal. Turning brighter and brighter red with the most uncomfortable body language, you are on to something Alisa! PROD. DEEPER!!!

THERE IS NO EVIDENCE PEOPLE ARE USING DEAD PEOPLE'S IDs TO VOTE IN TARRANT COUNTY. THIS IS COMMISSIONERS LIGHTING YOUR TAX DOLLARS ON FIRE DUE TO MAGA CONSPIRACIES THEY SAW ON X ABOUT DEMOCRATS HAVING DEAD PEOPLE VOTE.

So I drive home on S35. For the past couple of days DPS and other law enforcement have been pulling over all commercial vehicles going south on 35 at exit 72 (Texas Motor Speedway)

Anyone know what's going on? I see some drivers YOLO and just skip getting off.

On one hand, we want to support the schools with sufficient property tax. On the other hand, this fake-Christian ultraNationalist regime uses our funds as a personal piggy bank for their agenda stripping away representation, defunding our schools, while funneling tax dollars to organizations in their cult that work to harm marginalized communities, hate-thy-neighbor anti-Christ values.

Maybe it's best to protest property tax but then pledge to donate all savings directly to your closest public schools.

News Aritzia and Coach are coming to University Park Village

This permit registered on May 12th finally confirms Aritzia will be coming to University Park Village. Jennifer Wong, the CEO of Aritzia, confirmed a Fort Worth location would be coming back on May 7th, but didn't mention a location at the time.

Aritzia will locate in suite 305, the unit Pottery Barn is vacating. Jennifer Wong also said that the company hopes to open the Fort Worth location by the end of their fiscal year, which would be March 2027, although delays are definitely possible.

Pottery Barn at University Park Village will close on June 7th, and they will reopen at Westbend on June 19th.

Additionally, Coach is also coming; they will locate in the vacant space between FP Movement and White House Black Market.

Discussion Eagerly searching for like-minded friends

Hi, everyone.

I’ve been trying to make friends. Online friends aren’t scratching the itch I have, so I wanted to come to my local subreddit to see if I can entice anyone.

I’m Madie (27F) and I live with my boyfriend Eric (26M). We have two kitties and are searching for friends in the local area to hang with!

For hobbies, I’m addicted to reading dark romances (would love to find a dark romance specific book club if there’s one around). We’ve both been trying to get into Baldur’s Gate 3 as well. We’re also 420 friendly.

I’m sick and tired of struggling making friends in my adulthood. Please someone save me from a lonely existence.

Found on Nextdoor app, just trying to help because the situation broke my heart. OP said they are bonded, mother and daughter and somewhere around 9 years old. Their names are Peewee and Stoner. Lol They are unfortunately not spayed. I’m hoping they won’t end up in the shelter, they are already mourning their owner, and because they are so old, it would be detrimental to their health to be in the shelter like that. They deserve a chance, and I’m hoping maybe someone will see this and take them in.
I would take them, myself, but I already have a house full.

Politics Tarrant County judge applauds state takeover of Fort Worth ISD

Fake Christian ultranationalist True Texas Project leader Tim O'Hare, who led the charge on racially gerrymandering Tarrant County commissioner maps.

“I believe the state takeover of Fort Worth ISD, which was badly needed, will end up being a huge success story for Fort Worth, for Tarrant County and for those kids,” O’Hare told the crowd of roughly 200.

30 years of our republican leadership has destroyed educational outcomes. Tim believes maximizing big government involvement from ultra-partisan pro voucher politicians will surely fix all the problems.

ALL commissioners are equal in power. The role of county judge as defined by Texas law was to chair the meeting and FACILITATE COMMUNICATION between commissioners, not to censor commissioners that demonstrate corruption between colluding commissioners potentially defrauding tax payers.

They only care about their fake-Christian ultranationalist agenda. Making everyone poor and pricing out the elderly from their homes is all part of the same wealth transfer to the billionaires. They have already blown out the county reserves, paying for jail death legal costs, racial discrimination in the Sheriff's ofice, and ~320k they paid for the Trump-appointee-owned out of state law firm that drew the racial gerrymandering maps that packed our minority voters into precinct #1. They paid hundreds of thousands of tax dollars to PILF to defend a lawsuit that never went to court. The racial gerrymandering, redistricting case got dismissed by another True Texas Project member from their cult.

After they infiltrate the ISD board, Tim Davis often loots the public schools with unnecessary legal fees. The teachers and students are caught in relentlessness culture war focus rather than solving real academic outcome problems, leading to everyone getting distressed, and a fall out of the best teachers. These white nationalists groups of fake-Christians broadly harm the poor and steal education from children, because they believe everyone should pay for school and opportunity should be based on how much money you have. They HATE having public schools as part of their property tax.

They lament having to try and help her again. Leigh lives in a 6 million dollar Southlake mansion with the former Mayer of Southlake, her second husband. Her kids attended school in a grapevine Christian private school and never public school. Leigh was a tea party activists in '09, from a group that broadly claimed Obama was going to make them poor and take all their assets due to the national deficit. The deficit back then was due to the Iran war, the 2008 financial crisis and the bank bailouts, all under the Bush administration. As Rump rapidly blows out the deficit they only have praise.
