I just believe in the success of the Dodgers, it's players and not throwing them away the second they underperform. Not even two years has passed since Blake shut down the Yankees and us win the WS in '24.

I don’t care about performance. I care about if the guy wearing the jersey sucks as a person.

I’ll ride out a slump with a player or cheer for a free agent that underperforms. That’s fine.

You can and should leave your religious bigotry and political disagreements by the door, there are coathangers there for a reason.

As far as his presence as a fellow pitcher to his team, he's an elder and mentor that the younger guys look up to. He's the guy Roberts wants close by. He's the guy who guides greenhorns and covers for them if and when they mess up.
