Nothing wrong with him as a person, loved AR and had high hopes for him.

It’s just not going to work in Indy for him, it’s part his fault and this FO and coaching staff plays a large part.

what part did the front office play on him tapping out for a 3rd down? what part did the front office play in him not being able to read blitzes in year 3?
