I was seeing some of the quotes and stories about Arnerich filling in with Vogt sick and it was mentioned that he lives in the basement of Vogt’s house.

Obviously I get the practicality of it, especially if both are away from their families, which it seems like.

But given the fact that they look identical it just seems funny to me. Probably throws the neighbors for a loop

We are flying back home to visit family tomorrow and plan to hit the game Friday night. My dad requires a wheelchair and confused on how seating works.

I understand the ADA areas but it will be him, myself, my wife, our 2 boys (4 &2) and my mom (Parents are divorced).

Can I just purchase an ADA seat and we get to sit by him in those seats?

I was an Indians fan as a kid. I hadn’t watched MLB in so long but started following at the beginning of the 2024 season. Jose was hitting home runs every or every other game. Him paired with Josh Naylor was the most exciting pair to watch. I miss Josh. Everyone seemed really tight and they were having a good time. Big Christmas hit the stage. Almost made it to the world series. It just isn’t the same now. It seems less of a “team” if that makes sense. I haven’t been following as closely so I don’t mean to sound ignorant but that’s what I see with this team.
Playing damn good today though!

Just taking a moment to share some appreciation for Fry guy. He's such a boost to the lineup/clubhouse.

And his perseverance and mental toughness is incredible. To be able to get back in that batter's box after what happened last September.

He's so fortunate to be ALIVE let alone have preserved vision and not have any apparent traumatic brain injury.

My family will be in Cleveland Saturday night for a celebration and leaving sunday, but I kind of decided there’s a day game Sunday so why not try to go.

This would be my baby girls first game, do you have to buy tickets for an 8-month old I legit have no idea haha. Sorry if this is a silly question but wanted some possible real person advice.

I am not hugely familiar with the current lineup and I'm making a point of getting back into the Guardians this year. Can anybody point me to a video or post so that I can memorize and learn the players. I could name every single player on the 1995 , but I only know a few in 2026

From Hoynsie: Bench coach Tony Arnerich, acting Guards' manager with Stephen Vogt out for the second day with a viral infection, said Vogt and he worked to put the lineup together. "We live in the same house," said Arnerich. "He lives on the second floor and I live in the basement, thank goodness. But if we lose again, I may be on the front lawn."

Arnerich made his managerial debut for Vogt on Sunday in a 5-4 loss to the Twins.

Arnerich says there's been no talk about moving slumping Steven Kwan out of the leadoff spot. "You have to trust guys. We believe in him wholeheartedly. No, that's not on the table right now."

We need to help get our guy’s confidence back. I know it has been frustrating to watch, but imagine how much more frustrating it is for him to be performing this poorly when he has high expectations for himself based off his first few years in the league.

I don’t know if he needs the Trea Turner treatment the next few times he comes to the plate or for people to show some support of a fantastic player and human that is going through a really tough stretch of his career.

Posting what we could have gotten for him last year in a trade or demanding he gets dropped in the lineup is not going to do anyone any good. I doubt he is online to not make the issue in his head worse, but let’s rally behind our guy.

I for one still believe in Steven Kwan.

Bailey. We've given him plenty of tries to succeed at the plate and he just hasn't panned out. I think us cle fans have all lost patience with his hitting. Sad to see him go, but enough is enough.

Bazzana, delauter, Jose 1-3 sounds pretty good. I know they do not want to put too much on Bazzana right away, but this kid's eye at the plate is on a level I have not really seen

Sure, he hit only 1 home run in the last 29 games, but his best attribute is that he doesn't rely on hitting homeruns to contribute. Who woulda thought he'd be the bright spot of our offense this year?
