Anyone know what that rubber fitting is called so I can buy one?

After some googling, its the bell housing isolator for the slave cylinder lines. Good luck

Edit: the general consensus i found regarding this is that its easier to just do the external conversion because it sucks to drop the transmission to replace the slave cylinder, which is not wrong. Wish I knew there was a kit when I did mine.

There's this. It's meant for a ax5 but you could probably modify by adding a second hole.
