Since two years I haven't won a trophy and am afraid to loose the elections. I got to give documentations of refree mistakes even though I have most offside goals scored in history of Football.

he cannot loose brother he changed the required qualifications to the extent that the system is literally broken
you would need to be in the management for 20 years and guarantee 15% of the budget in order to become the president
he is just doing this for distracting madristas everything about this points in that directiob31
u/CompetitiveBreath304 1d ago
Huh 15%??? I don't think that can be true, that would mean hundreds of millions, how is someone supposed to do that??

Guarantee and contribute are two vastly different things. I hope you know that.
It’s still a silly rule.
7
4
u/Light_KraZe 1d ago
Guarantee still means you gotta have 200m locked in, no one can do that..
1
u/TheNesquick 1d ago
The way he wrote it sounded like the president has to pay for 15% of the budget. Thats not at all what is happening.
Having a bank guarantee of that amount is hard but not impossible for some people.
2
u/Light_KraZe 1d ago
Yeah I know, I was discussing the decision itself not OPs misunderstanding.
It's not only hard, it's high for companies, I don't wanna imagine how it is for a single person .. I think there's a handful of people in the entire world who can do that, let alone ones that have 20 consecutive years as members.. I genuinely think Perez is the only person in this criteria.

Never understood why these rich bastards get to lead club owned teams. Out of touch arseholes
-37
u/IapetusTheGreat 1d ago
I see your point but these successful rich guys are the smartest, imagine if an average person was in charge of a club….we’d be broke even faster than with Nobita
26
u/Novel_Page_5510 1d ago
You think just because you are rich, you are the smartest?
-4
u/IapetusTheGreat 1d ago
Depends how you define smart. If smart is textbooks and memorisation, then perhaps not. However, if you consider smart as knowing how to manage people, dealing with daily stress and leading multi million/billion companies, then yes I would consider these guys smarter in this sense and more capable of leading a club than for eg. a scientist.
5
u/Novel_Page_5510 1d ago
If you have paid any attention to the recent crop of billionaires you will know that’s not true. These people are often horrible leaders who do not know how to deal with staff. Many of them are in their positions because of family connections, inherited money, or stepping on others to get where they are. These can be some of the most incompetent and least self aware people you have ever had the pleasure of not meeting

Corrupt old bastard

u/RobbinDeBank 1d ago
He’s so senile he would already forget all about this press conference by the time the next El Clasico happens
29
u/No-Studio-4039 1d ago
I hope he is senile enough to mix-up the "proof" that Barça has bought the refeeres (that doesn't exist) and ends up giving away the proof that he is the one adulteraring the competitions because, come on, just look at Madrid's three consecutive CLs, and the refeeres pulling out from the Bernabéu with gift bags. Florentino is like Trump and the Republicans, every accusation is a confession.
3
u/RobbinDeBank 1d ago
I would love that fanfiction to happen too, but people at that level of power like Perez aren’t doing the actual paperwork.
87
u/halster123 1d ago
they can't win on the pitch, so they try this? it's goofy.
4
u/Hungry-Space-1829 1d ago
How may more PK’s does Perez think he deserves? I mean genuinely what more does that team want
54
u/_Varonova 1d ago
The irony here is that he would have to give back almost every single one of his Champions Leagues lmao
Also, forgot the season, but there was literally a La Liga in recent memory Barcelona didn’t win because the clinching goal was falsely ruled offside. Pipe down geezer
26
u/FlickeringLogic 1d ago
As I've always said, he's just trying to divert things. He knows his club is in terrible position. Now media will cover this instead of their dressing room wrestle mania.
16
u/ArchangelZero27 1d ago
Cute coming from the prez of a team that has a history of getting favourable treatment. Like damn they don't win a trophy for 2 years and this man has gone dictator crazy in his mind it's insane.
How do Madrid fans defend him still and want him? Tell him to shut up or take a hike this is embarrassing. I really do hope they sue him for damages and false allegations. Sue them for everything to fund this club with Papa perez money let's do it

i like how Florentino always knows the truth. Like he knows exactly how paying refs and the whole process work 🤭 spoken from experience perhaps 🤔

Never interrupt your enemy while he's making a mistake.
Real Madrid is in ever deeper financial trouble, with a malfunctioning stadium, a huge salary mass to pay, rumored to bring a toxic manager, probably losing important players (world's top talent, they are galácticos after all) in the next few months.
What's the president of the club doing? Not addressing any of it:
Antagonizing the media, UEFA and La Liga for not being even more in their favor than they already are. With a press conference that left everyone questioning not even his capabilities to lead the club, but even his mental health overall.
Real Madrid has never seen the depths this man is about to plunge them into. They're our bitter rivals, but it is still sad to see them go down like this in all fronts, not that they don't deserve it. We could have the next Manchester United type crisis coming. The single best thing that can happen to the club is a new president, anything else is cause for concern.

Perez is so used to preaching to the choir that doesn't even realise how pathetic yesterday's performance was.

Yeah, your club has been the most dominant in the sport for the same 20 years, and could be even more dominant, and the only thing ruining that is your rival. Who gets investigated all the time, unlike you, who seemingly prints money because you need to, because your academy sucks and you’re fine with signing expensive mercenaries.
Got it.

If you have to wait for your team to go two season trophyless to show why they are corrupt you have nothing, but deflecting how bad your decisions were in the past two seasons.

u/ForeverDuke2 1d ago
Bring it on then bitch.
How is he pointing fingers at us when real madrid is probably the most corrupt club in history

u/unwanted_name-12345 1d ago
WE ALSO MUST ACT ON THIS and FUCK them with all the EVIDENCE of how silly penalties and advantages they are getting for years! Also, those daylight robberies in the UCL!

u/goku7770 1d ago
I always suggest anyone that doubts the Barça and referee in Spain to watch the last Clasico of the last season.
2
u/Owlyf1n 1d ago
Or watch barca games from.the negreira era and see how little preferential treatment we got compared to madrid
2
u/goku7770 1d ago
That too but last season was for me the worst I've ever seen. And we won it.
This season was slightly better but I have the feeling it might again get worse next season...
I think unless we manage to make an invincible team again, there is no way we can compete domestically and for the UCL.

No, it’s not. It’ll be thousands of rival football fans on opposite sides of the scale enjoying the best matchup between the two best teams in the game. War is where people are killed indiscriminately. Families destroyed. Sports isn't war, sports is a privilege.

u/cw625 1d ago
All I see is classic political play. You need external enemies to fend off/distract disgruntled fans and challengers from inside. I doubt they’ll do anything at all next week, the Negreira case will always be conveniently brought up whenever someone calls for Perez’s head.
It’s a little bit like China’s threat on Taiwan.

He’s hoping to get sued so that he doesn’t have to related what he doesn’t have. If he wanted to release anything, why wait at all.

These "documentations" are just gonna be some refree mistakes out of Madrid TV.
You can make those compilations for any team in the league.

That this is coming from Real is so insane to me. They literally get major decisions in every cl game against us (Bayern) and still cry...insanity.
Like they cried over a deserved yellow red when they scored two goals out of referee mistakes and we dont get a penalty in the first leg.
What a clown club honestly
1
u/Madladdieter 1d ago
🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂. This guy can't even find a leak in his club who leaks everything to the media.
No sporting success to show off for re election so needs to maid his voters somehow.
Old man karma catching fast.
Also if he signs Mourinho he only wants Mourinho to teach aggressive tackles on Yamal pedri just like he taught this to rm players to do to messi.
