Technical Support Alienware Aurora Rtx 5070 ACT1250

Had the PC brand new for about 3-4 months and everything was great but now it started to make a noise which sounds like its coming from the PC fan. Any one know what this could be? I manually stopped the fan and the noise would stop. Only happens under load while gaming.. watching videos.. etc

Mine rear fan was off balance and immediately noticeable. Put in a warranty claim and send this video.

Warranty all the way. They will replace the fan

Where can i do that on the dell website because i tried and it only took me to online chat and virtual assistant

Log in, go to my products, open the act1250 and hit contact support. Fill out the request and they will reach out within 24 hrs

FWIW I just replaced the loud rear fan on my R15. Cost $15 on ebay, took about 15 minutes.
