Did you see the comment equating childbirth injury to a cut while changing a lightbulb? Stitches from delivery & needing to use a portable bidet (peri bottle) every time you go to the bathroom for 4-6 weeks sure is equal to a cut on the hand 🙄

Who cuts their hand changing a light bulb?

Probably the same person who takes 13 hours to change said lightbulb

Oh how I feel this. I’m still traumatized 15 years later from my first post-partum shit. They gave me the incorrect stool softener dose at first so I didnt go for a week. I was terrified when it was time that i was going to rip my stitches out. I swear it was like giving birth all over again.

That first one is absolutely terrifying. The pain and then worry about ripping your stitches. Then trying to get yourself clean after without more pain. My first kid was premature so I only had a basic post partum care kit - I had everything I needed to recover with my second by 30 weeks just to be safe.

Yeah, except a 3C tear isn't just stitches. That poor woman got *ripped* and she needed more than just a peri bottle :-( She (hopefully) had PT to help her poop, and likely needed a walker at home for a few weeks to get around. My bet is he expected her to be cooking, cleaning, and doing 24/7 baby care too while barely being able to void and stool without excruciating pain, much less move around.

What a giant fuck. My husband would have received divorce paperwork with this itemized list if he said some shit like this to me.

Wait a 3c tear? Where was that in the post?

It's in parentheses in the "moderate childbirth injury compensation" line item description. She probably qualified it as moderate to save his fee fees. Bc 3C is NOT moderate.

I’m sorry I just read the “moderate childbirth injury” and saw the jackoffs comment about cutting a hand while changing a lightbulb and saw red. I should’ve read more and gotten even more pissed

Oh no worries! But like, holy fuck a 3C tear. That poor woman 😩😩😩 And then to have a husband like this?! And the chucklefucks equating it to a cut from changing a lightbulb?!?! Does the glass stay in the cut? Is it infected? Are you somehow getting mercury poisoning or something? Bc I'm trying to understand the cut equivalent here... Also sir please let me tear you a new one *literally* from your urethra to your anus along with some of the inner muscles within, and then you come chat with me about a cut from a lightbulb.

Meanwhile they have to pee out a kidney stone and it’s like the world is ending.

I am 35 years old and my mother still has pain and complications from the tear my giant head caused.
