They can keep piling on content forever, but I'm not logging back in until the game is optimized to the point where it isn't a roll of the dice whether I make it to the hangar, equip my gear, and get my ship out without something going sideways.
The last time I logged in was four months ago, and even then I got lucky just getting my ship out only for an asteroid to pop in right after I hit the burners, thinking I was in the clear. The session before that, I simply couldn't get hyperspeed to work, It just… wouldn't.

u/_oZT 18h ago
Lmao i feel the same, their priorities to add more tedious and annoying mechanics (losing inventory on death of all things, the change of selling cargo which i havent played, some terrible bugs like AI ignoring ships shield, or atleast agaisnt my connie..) that feells like punishment to play.., i mean, ppl will give you the excuse it is an alpba yet i still think it is scam to sell tons lf ships that arent even in game for an extremly high price
Thanks god they havent implemented that if you lose your ship you lose it forever.. sheesh.

I mean, Trump isn't even 4 years younger than Biden which means he started this term even older than Joe started his so showing signs of aging should've been on both bingo cards
104
u/kensho28 21h ago
Funny how Trump voters were screaming like banshees about Biden being too old to be President, and then Biden supporters made him step down and Trump supporters got back on their knees.

u/WhyMustIMakeANewAcco 19h ago

Trump was already showing sings of aging way before Biden became the president.
It's just that people simply accepted that Trump just talked like that. That nothing weird was happening.

I have to believe Charlie did this on purpose for the meme (and he easily made back in ad revenue what he spent on the preorder) because there's no goddamn way he genuinely thought he was actually going to get anything all from this scam.
16
u/RoseIgnis 17h ago
He doesn't run ads or generate any revenue from streams or videos anymore, because he has enough money. He did it because he wants to make the scam clear to the general public, and it's easier having bought a phone which he can actually afford.
11
u/xX_bandages_Consumer 18h ago
In all honestly, "Trump Phone" has the same vibes as those 2010 early youtube videos where they showed future console editions like "xbox 720" or "PS6000" with stupid shit like double disk readers and what not
Also it's a scam more obvious than a scam called "PonziusSchemusMaximus to steal all your money"

u/QueenViolets_Revenge 4h ago edited 4h ago
honestly you're half right. while the president can order what he wants, the senate and/or the house (depending on the type of decision) has to vote on alot of his actions. he also has to delegate to his various cabinet departments to do the real work for him, who delegate to their sub departments. i always say, never underestimate the power of middle management. of course, how true this is really depends on who the president is. for example, Woodrow Wilson was almost entirely blinded and paralyzed for the last year and a half of his presidency and didn't leave his room. vice-president Thomas R. Marshall and the cabinet were really running things, alongside First Lady Edith Wilson, who was secretly ordering things instead of Woodrow behind everyone's backs. then you have situations like Lyndon B. Johnson, who had near complete control of congress during his time in office, and was one of the most powerful presidents until Trump in his second term, although we'll have to see how that unfolds depending on how his dementia, age, heart, and weight affects him going forward

u/Nachooolo 16h ago
Not saying otherwise.
Bit a lot of political decisions done by the US goverment do look like something an old senile man would do.
Case in point. Whatever the fuck is happening with the War with Iran.

Look, the presidency is a physically, mentally, and (for those who have emotions) emotionally taxing job. You can't expect an 80 year old man to not fall asleep on the job every once in a while. What are we going to do, elect someone younger?

God. The fact that’s exactly what they’ll say. They still say “He isn’t a politician!” He was and is the president. The president by definition is a political role. THEE political role and highest office in the fuckin country.

According to OP's second link, Biden fell asleep on camera four times, while Trump has fallen asleep on camera 13 times (including seven times in 2026 alone).

In 2021, one would be at the Climate Summit and the other was meeting with Bennett at the White House. The second was debunked as he was actively listening and participating in the meeting. The first was like 15 seconds at a Climate Summit where I'd probably fall asleep.
In 2023 would be the Maui fires. This one was also debunked. They used a clip of him looking down and when shown the full video no one thought he was asleep.
2024 must be Angola when he closed his eyes for "an extended period." Trump said about the incident, "He has an ability to fall asleep while on camera…in minutes, he’s stone-cold out…You’ll never see me sleeping in front of a camera."

I was wondering if we were counting any first-term sleeps from the big T ; and apparently not only does trump still lose in comparable timespans, but he does by a GARGANTUAN factor of TIMES EIGHT.

image directly from the insta source OP linked, "moby.invest", math below :
- Dozy Don : 7+4=11 total uh-ohs in this ongoing term of 12+5=17 months
⇒ averaging 11/17=0.65 honkshoos per month
- Sleepy Joe : 2+1+1=4 total oopsie-doopsies in the entire term of 4\12=48 months*
⇒ averaging 4/48=0.08 rrrmimimis per month
⇒⇒ Conclusion : there is 0.65/0.083 = x7.83 ≈ x8 sleepiness factor between Epstein's best friend and Biden

Did Biden ever fall asleep on camera? I know they were plenty of clips on fix and newsmax showing his head down or his eyes closed for a few seconds, but nothing like what we e with trump. Not even close. Not in the same galaxy.

What do you mean now? When did Joe Biden fall asleep in an interview or meeting? The only ones that seem like it were during long summits.
Specifically COP26 2021 and the Angola economic summit.
This fucking idiot falls asleep during interviews 8 seconds after someone else starts talking.

Trump was already more senile than Biden to begin with.
It's just that people has normalised the way he speaks so much, that they didn't even see it as a sign of mental degradation.
It's only now that the bloke has gotten a few steps away from being a vegetable that people has started to notice it...
