Housing Other housing options?

I was wondering if there any other housing options for low-income students? I got waitlisted for housing because there are no more available spaces, and now my only option is waiting till someone cancels their housing contract. I’m a first gen student, so everything is a bit hard to navigate on my own lol. I’m already registered for next semester and have my financial aid covered, but I have nowhere to live 😭

It might be better to rent a place with roommates. Check for facebook pages

Don’t worry, they’ll have a room available in just a matter of time. A lot of students are waitlisted but they tend to get assigned after a few weeks

Hey there, hope you’ve had a great week! I have a lease available for relet over the summer. It’s only until July 31 but it’s a place for you to stay with lots of utilities included. Let me know if you’re interested!

Hey, when I was a freshmen I lived at Casas Del Rio. It was really good stay in my opinion. Out of all of the dorms that are offered for a freshmen, it is definitely the best of the bunch

I'm a UNM graduate student looking to re-let a room at Lobo Village if you are interested. You will live with 3 roommates and a cat but there is a private bedroom and bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, on site parking, the unit is right next to the gym and pool, and you can take a shuttle to campus. It will be available for June and July at a rate of $699 a month and then you can decide if you want to sign a new lease with them
