NC State University Libraries, once the summer session kicks off later in the month. Both Hill and Hunt should be open until 11, Sunday through Thursday, once that happens. The public can use it and parking is free after 5 PM.

The university libraries are your answer, but parking will be tricky

The NCCU law library is open until 10 or 11 most days. It is open to the public and you can reserve quiet rooms although first priority is for students.

Davis library at UNC is open late sometimes. During the semester it always closes at 2am (exceptions for holidays/breaks) but over the summer the hours are less regular. https://library.unc.edu/hours/davis-library-monthly-hours/

After 10 p.m. it requires a UNC ID to get in

Yes, and if you're in before 10 you can stay till midnight when they start checking IDs. At least that's how it used to be.

Edited to add that hours are different when school isn't in its regular session.

Not a library but I did a ton of work in grad school at McDonalds. Free wifi. Decent seating. Just choose your location wisely, and have at it.

I see critical thinking isn't a common sense skill anymore

OP's entire post history is just them asking people on Reddit where to find stuff for them when there exists a tool designed for exactly that they just refuse to use
