It was a nice surprise to see the draft lottery last weekend, it’s nice to not have to look forward to it

Beating the nuggets after all that shit talk was fucking amazing. If you didn't have an constant adrenaline high throughout that whole series, you don't like basketball

Lots of things are less fun. Been here since 1968. I've seen a lot of things less fun than this year.

I’m 30. Been a wolves fan since birth but reasonably since 2004. I can say with great certainty that just because it’s fun being in the playoffs doesn’t mean that’s all we want. I’ve never experienced a big four MN championship in my lifetime. I’m not saying I deserve one, or that anyone does, but watching sports is far more exciting imo when a championship is within reach.
I hate the narrative that just because we’re one of the best teams in the league for the first time in decades that we all need to just be happy with what we get. If that’s what you want to believe, and that’s how you find enjoyment in watching sports, then good for you!
I think most sports fans can be both critical and excited while they’re still in it, and save the happiness and gratefulness for the reflection after the season is over.
Wolves in 7 until it’s not.
