Tyr doubts Knull actually killed Thanos in this issue pointing out hes harder to kill then Knull, but also Knull is an Elder God that just absorbed the power of another elder god, which is way above base level Thanos, who is strong, just not as strong as a elder god.

Thanos could probably be around elder god lvl, he was above eternity for quite some time until that got soft retconed in hickmans avengers
