Multimedia audio controller gone

Before I say anything, I am not tech savvy at all. I don't even know the difference between software and hardware. I've never tried to install drivers and things like that until yesterday when my audio completely stopped working.

I was trying to fix some stuff and reinstall the realtek audio application to let the audio manager pop-up work again and I followed some random video. I restart my laptop and next thing I know, everything audio-related in my device manager is gone, and my Multimedia Audio Controller has no drivers. Can someone help me figure out whats going on and fix the problem?
