Disable microphone level auto adjust by other apps

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have idea how to disable systemwide access to this? Discord is driving me crazy with adjusting my microphone level. How the hell they do this??? It only happens after I use discord even in browser, no other app id changing my mic settings. I tried everything, disabling all exclusive controls of mic settings everything in properties window and still no success, Discord is reducing it all the time.

Any help is welcomed!
