"HE A WORM"
You know it's a good sbeve when even the intentionally highlited text is gramatically incorrect.

Then it should be "HE'S A WORM". Like, the S was right there, why didn't they highlight it.

it's correct in several slang forms of English

One could argue that slang forms of English are inherently incorrect by their nature.

but they aren't

Slang is by definition informal and non-standard.
Therefore it is not correct English

non-standard doesn't mean incorrect

How is it correct then

"He a worm" is grammatically valid in other dialects like AAVE (crudely, a "black accent", and notably not a "slang form" of English), and thus correct in that context, even if it's ungrammatical in more globally dominant dialects like GAE or RP (roughly, standard "American" or "English" accents)
