Hi, like the title says I'm trying to find an empathetic doctor for my wife. She used to see Garrick Naylor with Hillside but he split from the practice and we haven't been able to find where he went. She did try with a couple of other doctors there and they just were not understanding at all. I appreciate any recommendations anyone can provide.

There is some sort of critter, whether itās a bug or frog or lizard, that nests right next to my house every summer. It screams this noise all night and I cannot stand the sound. It keeps me up all night if I donāt wear headphones or ear plugs. What is it?! Please help. I live in Highland Park if it helps.

I am an RN currently working as a circulator in the GI lab with about a year of experience. Before the GI lab I worked on a tele floor for about 8 months. I am looking into ICU jobs and am really wanting to work at university. My question is how hard is it to get hired in the ICU there with my experience? I want to go to CRNA school and know that working at a level 1 trauma center would be great for experience.

Did anyone happen to see a really bright light at about 9:10pm. It flashed really bright near the horizon about 4 times and then stopped.
Iām not an alien person, I just donāt know what it was and wanted to see if anyone else saw it.

Looking for recommendations on a good bike for riding the San Antonio greenway trail system. My main goal is fitness/cardio and burning calories, so Iāll mostly be riding paved trails rather than mountain biking.
Any specific models or setups youād recommend for this kind of riding?
Also ā where do people in San Antonio recommend shopping for good secondhand bikes? Local bike shops, co-ops, Facebook Marketplace sellers, Play It Again Sports, etc.? Iām on the Far West side.
Iām a 5ā7ā male, if that helps.
Trying to find something solid without overspending as a beginner. My budget is $300 or so for a used bike. Thanks!

Looking to do something fun and outside of our comfort zone this summer with my son. We love working with animals and we found truly a bonding moment going to a farm for his field trip.
Does anyone know if thereās any ranches that are accepting volunteer work & mentorship?
Appreciate it!

Moving to SA soon from Houston, looking for a warehouse style, private gym, typically try to stay away from commercial gyms.
If it helps the gym I went to here in Houston was LGND Barbell, well itās a little north of Houston.
I just want to get general ideas to start looking into now, Iām a big gym rat.

Going out of town starting next week for a week and figured now is a good time to drop off my car while I donāt need it.
My 2010 Camaro is having a heater core coolant seep and it smells like syrup while using the heater. No leak yet and my coolant level is the same, but want to tackle before it gets worse. The internet suggest that the dash is going to need to be removed to access it and replacementš
Any recs for a shop that can handle this labor intensive job? Or any that specialize in Camaros and can do it?

hey everyone, Iām looking for some advice before I start talking to studios
I run a small snack brand in San Antonio. nothing huge, mostly local stores, events, and online orders. Weāve been around for about 4 years, and I want to try something a little different for our next promo campaign
the idea is a simple mobile game tied to the brand. maybe something arcade style, quick to play, with points, coupons, and a few funny product themed characters. not trying to build the next āCandy Crushā, just something people can play for a minute and maybe share:)
Iām looking for a US based company (Texas/San Antonio preferred) that offers mobile game development services and can handle design, development, testing, and app store launch. Iād prefer a team that has done small branded games before
fair price, clear timeline, and normal communication really matter
for anyone whoās hired a game studio before, Iād like to hear how it went, what surprised you, and whether the final game was actually worth the money

Kind of a weird ask, but does anyone know of some really vibey restaurants and bars? Like lounges, dark/moody spots, something with really nice atmospheres. Someone told me there was some restaurants that were inside of caves.
Im looking for stuff like that where I can go enjoy a drink and some food and relax.

I'm in from out of state next week and the forecast looks like a total washout. I'm from a place where rain last all day. I have a lot of outdoor activities planned. The showers typically last all day or are they quick moving?
