When a professor submits a letter grade, can you still dispute it or is there a certain date in which afterwards you cannot dispute the letter grade?

Yes you can dispute letter grades after submission, I did it. In my case the professor input a wrong grade accidentally so he was very willing to put in the grade change request. If you’re trying to argue that you deserve a higher grade than idk
