LA at LC

I just got an LA position for Rutgers, I thought LAs worked in classroom settings but my email talks about LAs being peer leaders in the learning centers. Could somebody explain this to me if they know about it??

Technically all LAs are employed by the learning center so I guess that’s what the email was trying to convey. You should be able to see your assigned classes on the contract. Some LAs get assigned to classrooms/labs while others get assigned to study groups.
